Description
Straight-cut 'dodiltna' shirt, sewn from two panels. Straight sleeve with an insert sewn along the weft, gathered at the bottom into fine pleats using the 'sewing to the collar' technique, and finished with a narrow hem with a single 'vystih' stitch. The insert is joined to the body with a double 'vystih' stitch, and the sleeve is sewn with a double machine seam. The body and inserts are gathered near the neckline into fine pleats using the 'sewing to the collar' technique. The neckline is 'kare' (square) with a central front slit (28 cm long), finished with a narrow hem with a double 'vystih' stitch and loop buttonholes at the edges. The shirt is decorated with black and red floral embroidery. The insert and upper sleeve feature a garland of roses with branches, leaves, and small red four-petal flowers. The hem near the edge is decorated with two horizontal lines of 'single prutyk' openwork stitch.
