Description
Rushnyk made from two fragments of white homespun canvas, embroidered in red and black threads. The floral, ornithomorphic, and geometric ornament is located at the edges. The ornament consists of two compositions: stylized chestnut branches with fruits and leaves, with three birds on each; below, pairs of swans with a floral-geometric ornament between them. Below the swans is a band with a geometric ornament and tassels. The ends of the rushnyk are decorated with handmade lace with a geometric ornament and a toothed edge. The rushnyk is hemmed with a hand stitch.
