The bodice and right panel are decorated with a wide strip of velvet (two rows on the panel); the seam connecting the bodice to the lower part and the neckline are adorned with velvet piping. A wide, densely gathered strip of dark blue chintz, forming a stylized turn-down collar, is sewn at the neckline. A wide ruffle adorns the hem. The bodice, collar edge, armholes, right panel, and ruffle are decorated with black velvet braid with a green edge. The right panel is adorned with ten plastic buttons. The kersetka is lined with factory-produced cotton fabric and homespun hemp canvas.
