Description
Rushnyk made of homespun bleached canvas, embroidered with red and blue threads. The ornament is stylized floral-geometric and geometric. The ends are decorated with a floral branch ('tree' motif) surrounded by flowers and small rectangles joined in pairs. The ornament is framed on the sides and bottom by two zigzag bands, between which are large six-petal flowers alternating with a flower with buds and small rectangles joined in pairs. Above the ornament is a zigzag band of very small rectangles. The ends are hemmed with 'obmetytsia' on three sides (up to the end of the composition). The edges feature five tassels on each side, made of red, pink, and blue threads.
