Description
Rushnyk made of factory-produced cotton fabric, sewn from two parts. The rushnyk is decorated with three wide bands of stylized floral ornament (lilies with leaves, leaf garland, rose branches) interspersed with two wide bands of factory-made lace with geometric ornament. Above the top ornamental band are two rows of birds. The embroidery is done with red and black threads in the 'cross-stitch' technique. The bottom of the rushnyk features wide factory-made lace with a wavy edge.
