Description
Rectangular rushnyk with woven and embroidered ornaments. At the ends, a woven geometric ornament in red threads: two wide bands with one narrow band between them. Three bands are embroidered with floral and geometric ornaments in red and black threads: a wavy branch with three-petal flowers and leaves; a broken line; a wavy branch with eight-petal flowers and leaves. The edges are decorated with woven lace with serrated edges and transparent diamond-shaped figures arranged along the length. **Legend:** Belonged to Pocherina-Holoperova Anastasiia Hnativna, grandmother of Holoperova Valentyna Ivanivna. Pocherina-Holoperova Anastasiia Hnativna was born on April 14, 1893, in Tarasivka village.
