Description
White rushnyk embroidered with white, red, and black threads. The ornament is geometric, floral, floral-geometric, and anthropomorphic. The embroidery is placed at the ends in bands (from bottom to center): 1. band of tassels; 2. band of geometric diamond-shaped ornament; 3. band of floral ornament (viburnum flowers); 4. three crosses with diamonds and half-diamonds around them, embroidered with white threads; 5. band of 'full rose' ornamental motif; 6. band of stylized floral ornament (three trees of life in vases, red threads, with three black-threaded trees between them); 7. two wreaths with embroidered lions above them, and three cherries facing the center of the rushnyk between the wreaths. The rushnyk is hemmed with openwork through a needle.
