Description
Women's 'dodillna' shirt. Straight silhouette, bodice sewn from three panels, long sleeve with shoulder insets sewn along the weft, with a gusset, gathered at the bottom into small pleats on a narrow binding stitched with 'backstitch.' The bodice and shoulder insets are gathered near the neckline and finished with the 'sewing to collar' technique. The neckline is rectangular with a slit at the center front, with a 0.5 cm wide binding. At the ends of the binding are two slit loops for a ribbon. The shoulder insets are joined to the bodice on the back with 'double backstitch,' to the sleeves with 'backstitch' and 'puffy' gathers. The underarm is finished with a 'prutik.' The sleeves and shoulder insets are decorated with embroidery consisting of two horizontal bands. The floral ornament—flowers and leaves connected to each other—is done in 'cross-stitch' with dark gray cotton threads. The sleeve band is incomplete, with a 4 cm gap in the middle.
