Virtual exhibition application for Meta Quest 3 virtual reality headset

The virtual exhibition of the project Sloboda Ukraine Code: Ukrainian Embroidery has been developed to preserve and promote the unique cultural heritage of Sloboda Ukraine. It coud be discovered in browser or using Meta Quest 3/3s virtual reality headset.

If you have Meta Quest 3/3s virtual reality headset you can easily install the Sloboda Ukraine Code Virtual Exhibition app using SideQuest, a trusted platform for exploring and installing VR experiences.

1. Install SideQuest on your computer

- Visit https://sidequestvr.com/setup-howto
- Download and install the Desktop version of SideQuest for your system (Windows, Mac, or Linux).

2. Enable Developer Mode on your headset

- Log in to your Meta (Oculus) account.
- Visit https://dashboard.oculus.com/organization/create to create a free “developer account.”
- Open the Meta Quest mobile app → Menu → Devices → Developer Mode → turn it ON.

3. Connect your headset

- Use a USB-C cable to connect your Quest 3 / 3s to the computer.
- Put on the headset and confirm the “Allow USB debugging” prompt.

4. Install the app from SideQuest

- Go to the app page: https://sidequestvr.com/app/44622
- Click “Download App (Sideload)” or “Install to Headset” (if you use SideQuest on your PC).
- Wait for the installation to finish (you’ll see a progress bar in SideQuest).

5. Launch the app in your headset

- Put on your Quest 3 / 3s.
- From the main menu, go to Apps → Unknown Sources → Sloboda Ukraine Code Exhibition.
- Enjoy your virtual museum experience!
